The next club meeting, We hope to see everyone there. Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month starting at 6:00 PM. There will be a meal served before the meeting so you might want to show up at 5:00 for (what we hope) is some good food. Join us!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

We need volunteers to take down the shelter over the 25-50 yard range. We will be starting at 8am, Friday, October 7th. ALL OF THE RANGES WILL BE CLOSED WHILE THE WORK IS GOING ON. This will, most likely, last all day. We can use all the help we can get. If you want to help, give Joe or Ron a call.

New Bow Range

A new bow range has been set up directly in front of the clubhouse between the parking lot and the road. Targets have been set up at 20 and 40 yards. Further improvements will be made in the future.

NO BROADHEADS will be allowed on this range! The use of broadheads could result in you being banned from this range.

NOTICE:

Effective January 1, 2017, the second sentence in the "ELWOOD CONSERVATION CLUB, INC Grounds and Standing Range Rules" "Guest Policy" will be changed to read "Members are limited to one (1) guest on club grounds at anytime." This means a member may have ONLY one (1) guest at anytime.

(Passed by a vote of the members at the September 1, 2016 monthly meeting.)

NOTICE:

Effective immediately, Rule 6 "Training for payment is not allowed on the ranges." has been added to the "ELWOOD CONSERVATION CLUB CLUBHOUSE and GROUNDS USE POLICY".

(Passed by a vote of the members at the September 1, 2016 monthly meeting.)

NOTICE:

DO NOT put any membership money or applications in the "Guest Fees" slot at the sign-in desk. ONLY guest fees should be put in the slot. Also, do not attempt to leave any checks or applications at any clubhouse door.

Also, ALL (this means ALL!) new and renewal memberships require an application. Sending membership fees without an application will hold up receiving your membership card as we will not send your card until we receive the application.
